Shipping Address Policy

Our goal at CasesGalore.com is to provide a safe, secure environment for your online shopping experience.

CasesGalore.com utilizes an online credit card verification system that requires the customer to supply the actual billing address for the credit card used to pay for your order. Your order will ship if the billing address is different from the delivery address! If, for some reason, you must ship your product to an address that is different from your billing address, please notice in the shopping cart a button which will allow you to ship to a different address than your billing address. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience to you however, this is the best way to fight back against those select few who prefer dishonesty over integrity.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order and What Will It Cost?

We understand that you want to get your products promptly. Therefore, all orders will ship from CasesGalore.com THE NEXT DAY after receipt of your order [weekends excluded]. An e-mail notification will be sent to you when your product is shipped.

Shipping and handling charges are figured out on our shopping cart in real time. When your order is entered, our website connects directly to Fed Ex and displays the real time rate. For your convenience, we have attempted to make many different options available to you for shipping your merchandise. The rates and time for your delivery will vary depending on the mode of shipment you select. All necessary information will be displayed on your shopping cart checkout page.

International Shipments

Please note that CasesGalore does not ship any orders outside of the United States of America.

During any point in the checkout, you have the opportunity to cancel your order. We look forward to shipping a variety of cases to you, but if you second-guess the final cost, or feel like the shipping price places your purchases above your own personal maximum expenditures, keep an eye on each page to find the "Remove Item" or "Cancel Order" buttons.

Product Returns

CaseGalore is dedicated to outstanding quality, value and service. We personally inspect every case that leaves our warehouse for damages or inconsistencies before shipment to our customers.

All returns or exchanges must be returned to CasesGalore.com no later than 10 days of receipt by the customer by following the instructions and conditions below:

CasesGalore.com customers must obtain a Return Authorization number [RA] before attempting to return any merchandise, for any reason, to CasesGalore. To obtain a RA number, send an email to Support@CasesGalore.com. A customer representative will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the problem you may be having and instruct you as to where to address your return. You may also call 530-621-3822 to reach a representative directly When a RA number is issued, it must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping carton and all paperwork or your return will be refused.

For returns or exchanges on defective merchandise:

In the unusual event that your merchandise is received in a damaged or defective manner, CasesGalore.com will repair or replace the item at no charge to you, the customer. When you e-mail us for an RA number [above] on defective merchandise, our customer representative will assist you with instructions to return your defective merchandise. All returns of defective merchandise must be returned according to the following conditions:

  1. Return Authorization [RA] number must be obtained, as outlined above, within 10 days of receipt by customer of the merchandise in question.
  2. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package and all paperwork, or the return will be refused.
  3. Returns for defective or damaged merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.
  4. The merchandise must be returned unused and in it's original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  5. Please make certain the merchandise is well packed. When your merchandise is received at CasesGalore.com we will inspect your merchandise immediately and a digital photograph will be taken of the packaging and contents. Should your return be damaged due to customer neglect in packaging for shipment or, should the merchandise be deemed not defective by our staff, CasesGalore.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of the returned merchandise. In such a case, the merchandise will be returned to the customer with a 15% handling fee, plus the cost of shipping, to be charged to the customer. In any event, a customer service representative will discuss the situation with you either by e-mail or telephone before any such action is taken. Our goal is to be fair to both the customer and ourselves.
  6. Assuming all of the above conditions are adhered to, we will repair or replace the damaged merchandise and ship it back to you, at our expense, within 7 days of receipt by CasesGalore.

For returns or exchanges on other than defective merchandise:

Non-Defective merchandise returned to CasesGalore.com for any reason, other than a miss-shipped product on our part, will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded. This policy will apply as well to merchandise that is returned because the customer ordered the wrong product or changed their mind. In any event, you must e-mail for a Return Authorization [RA] number as described above. At that time our customer service representative will attempt to resolve your issue. Our goal is to always make the customer happy. However, in order to maintain our factory direct prices to the customer, we must adhere strictly to the return rules as outlined herein. We will make every reasonable attempt to satisfy your request. We want your experience at CasesGalore to be a positive one.

All returns of Non-Defective merchandise must be returned according to the following conditions:

  1. Return Authorization [RA] number must be obtained, as outlined above, within 10 days of receipt by customer of the merchandise in question.
  2. All shipping charges for the return of Non-Defective merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package and all paperwork, or the return will be refused.
  4. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.
  5. The merchandise must be returned unused and in it's original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  6. Please make certain the merchandise is well packed. When your merchandise is received at CasesGalore.com we will inspect your merchandise immediately and a digital photograph will be taken of the packaging and contents. Should your return be damaged due to customer neglect in packaging for shipment, CasesGalore.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of the returned merchandise. In such a case, the merchandise will be returned to the customer with a 15% handling fee, plus the cost of shipping, to be charged to the customer.   7. If our customer service representative comes to some agreement with you to replace your merchandise with another product, any additional charges for such merchandise due to product price differential, plus the cost of shipping and handling will apply.
  8. Assuming all of the above conditions are adhered to, we will resolve your issue within 7 days of receipt of your returned Non-Defective merchandise at CasesGalore.com.

In some instances, products listed in our online catalog may be temporarily out of stock. Read this section to see our policies and procedures of how we deal with out-of-stock and backordered items

In general practice, if an item appears on our website we have ample stock-on-hand to ship your item within 72 hours of your order being processed. In the unusual instance that an item is backordered, our customer service representative will contact you to discuss the issue and advise you of the length of time that may be necessary to fulfill your order. At that time you will have the option to decide how to proceed. Our goal at CasesGalore.com is always to make your experience a pleasant one.
